Terms & Conditions
To ensure clarity and transparency, the following terms and conditions govern our services:
(A) Touch-Up Policy:
- Clients are entitled to claim their included touch-up session within 6 months from the date of their initial session.
- For touch-up requests after 6 months of the initial session, a fee equivalent to 50% of the actual cost will be charged.
- After 1 year from the initial session, touch-up charges will be based on the current pricing.
(B) Results and Touch-Up Sessions:
- Flow PMU Artists are dedicated to delivering satisfactory results during the initial session. In the unlikely event of client dissatisfaction with the initial session's results, concerns will be addressed and resolved during the touch-up session.
(C) Booking and Cancellation:
- Confirmed bookings are essential to secure your session. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment in case of cancellation.
- If a confirmed booking is canceled, or the client fails to show up, the advance appointment lock-in amount of Rs.1000/- will not be refunded under any circumstances.
(D) Consultation:
- A pre-treatment consultation is mandatory to discuss client expectations, medical history, and any allergies.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during the consultation to ensure safe and effective PMU procedures.
(E) Aftercare:
- Follow post-procedure aftercare instructions diligently to optimize results. Any deviation from aftercare instructions that results in complications may not be covered under our service warranty.
(F) Patch Test:
- For clients with a history of allergies or sensitivities, a patch test is recommended at least 48 hours before the procedure to identify potential adverse reactions.
(G) Deposits and Payments:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Full payment for the procedure must be made on the day of the appointment.
(H) Rescheduling:
- Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.Multiple rescheduling requests may require an additional deposit.
(I) Consent:
- Clients must provide informed consent before undergoing any permanent makeup procedure. Consent forms will be provided and must be completed before the session begins.
(J) Dispute Resolution:
- In the event of any dispute or concern, clients are encouraged to communicate directly with Flow PMU Artists to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
